September 13th, 2025: Political Violence (Part I)

In a true democracy, the people must be blamed for the woes of a nation. When the people complain or protest against the government, they are being hypocrites. They were the ones responsible for placing leaders into power. If the people were decieved, they were stupid enough to be tricked. Sure, people have a right to protest, but only against specific decisions of the elected authority, not the authority itself. Humans are unpredictable, so it's natural for people to suprise eachother and disagree. But protesting specifically against the same people they elected is absurd. If one votes for candidate A, but the rest of the nation votes for candidate B, then that person should leave the country rather than protest against candidate B. Violently or peacefully protesting against candidate B at this point is a protest against the whim of democracy, which is preeminently indisputable. That person must tolerate candidate B, and in the meantime, try to change the political opinions of others or reassess their own. Otherwise, the only rational option left is to leave the nation for a more appealing political environment.
